Authorship & Content Integrity
Author Limit: A maximum of 5 authors is permitted per research paper. Any request for additional authors must be justified with a statement of contribution and approved by the Editorial Board prior to publication.
Originality: The manuscript submitted must be the authors’ own original work. All authors must have participated substantively in the research and be prepared to take public responsibility for the work.
Exclusivity: The manuscript must not have been published previously, nor should it be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Post-Publication Changes: Once a paper is published in its quarterly issue, Vanijya Sanvaad will not accept requests for changes to the research content or author details. Authors are advised to review their final proofs carefully.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Copyright: While authors retain the intellectual copyright of their work, they grant Vanijya Sanvaad the right of first publication and the right to distribute, archive, and transmit the paper online without limitation.
Infringement: The text, illustrations, and materials included in the manuscript must not infringe upon any existing copyright.
Withdrawal Policy: If any plagiarism or copyright infringement is discovered post-publication, the Editorial Board reserves the right to withdraw or retract the paper without prior notice.
Service & Digital Certificates
Format: As part of our “Go Green” initiative, we provide high-resolution digital certificates and e-publications. We do not provide hard copies of the journal or certificates.
No APC Policy: Vanijya Sanvaad does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC) or submission fees. Consequently, there are no financial transactions or refund policies applicable.

Indexing Status: While we adhere to the strict quality parameters suggested by UGC-CARE, Scopus, and Web of Science, the inclusion of any journal in these databases is subject to the discretion of the respective indexing authorities.
Verification: Authors are encouraged to verify the current status of the journal on official database websites (UGC-CARE/Scopus) before submission for specific regulatory requirements.
Policy Updates: The journal follows the guidelines mentioned above. However, policies may be updated periodically to align with international publishing standards.
